    The PROTOCOL Universal Rolling Base is used to mount large tools for easy mobility. The durable, powder-coated frame supports 400lbs. and adjusts in 1” increments to fit a wide range of tools. 2 stationary wheels and 2 fixed wheels are activated by an aluminum foot release.
